Our Staff
What truly sets Open Door apart is our experienced and dedicated early childhood teaching staff—the heart of our school. Many of our teachers have been with us for over 15 years, a testament to their commitment and love for what they do.
Each class is led by a lead teacher and an assistant teacher, with the director and head teacher ensuring that our educational program meets curriculum expectations and all state requirements. Our professional staff is fully credentialed through the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing, and is deeply attuned to the unique needs of developing preschoolers.
Our teachers continue to grow through ongoing enrichment and professional development opportunities—bringing fresh ideas and expertise into the classroom every day.

Licensing Information
Open Door Nursery School is licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Children and Families. The school meets the codes of the Millburn Township building, health and fire departments.
