Open Door Nursery School seeks to provide an atmosphere that is responsive to the development of the whole child,
and is committed to his/her physical, intellectual, social and emotional well-being.
Open Door has a play-based curriculum which fosters the emotional, social, physical and intellectual development of our students.
Our goal is to encourage each child to be self confident, independent and critical thinkers.
Most importantly, we make learning fun!
Enrichment:
We offer specials classes monthly; bi-weekly yoga for all ages and bi-weekly Spanish class for the four year-old students. In addition, monthly enrichment activities/programs are presented to the children: Turtle Back Zoo, the Arboretum, Fire Department, and Eyes of the Wild animal rescue, just to name a few!
