Our Story

Open Door Nursery School, established in 1973 by Wyoming Presbyterian Church, is a not-for-profit school dedicated to early childhood education. For more than 50 years, we have provided young children in our community with a positive, enriching, and nurturing first school experience.
Our mission is to educate the whole child—supporting their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth. At Open Door, we foster curiosity and cognitive development, build social confidence, and nurture emotional independence and personal skills. Through our play-based curriculum and child-centered activities, we make learning FUN, and create meaningful learning experiences that help children thrive.
